Equifax has a poor service, setting up an account with them is a huge hassle it took me days before I have my account running then afterwards they're providing me inaccurate information and soon after few months I haven’t received any email alerts from them as if they cancelled my service but still I'm paying them. When I called them about my problems the representative can't help me and had pissed me off, I ended up cancelling my services with them but it was not easy because they insist that what I'm doing is wrong as if they're really trying to save my account not to be cancelled.
