I have recieved automated phone calls this week from "card member services" to entrap them I have pressed a number to speak to a rep. both times I asked to be removed from their calling list... this time.. I asked for contact information and where there were "located" I was told Atlanta, GA.. the person I spoke with had an Eastern Indian Accent... I tried three times to get a contact phone number and was told until I was "qualified" they could not give out that info. but once I was "qualified" they would transfer me to a credit person who would give me a 1-800 number to contact them.. this person continued to attempt to get more info, ex: how many cards do you have?, What is the total amount owed on these cards.. when I gave them a fabricated amount he asked if it was less tham 5,000 I said no.. he then went on to ask if they were master or visa? then asked if they were current and in good standing, he was told yes... THEN he said he would need to check that the last 4 payments were made on time.. that is when I cut him off and told him to take me out of there database and not to call me again... truth is I have NO credit cards and I AM on the do not call list.... but they called anyway...

    That is one of the calls i got the number was 1-678-365-0539 from atlanta georia.I think everyone should get air horns in a can press 1 when they call then say hello to make sure their on the line then blow the air horn that might slow them down or stop them.

      a "piercing, shrill" sound. *It doesn't stop the calls but it sure gives this old lady a
      lot of satisfaction!

    Had the same phone call from 901 248 7430. I opted to press "0" to speak with a representative. I said, "What company is this?" The rep replied, "Card services." What? I do not use a company called "Card Services." When I asked how they got my phone number, he hung up on me.

    I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry. I would advise anyone else to do the same.

      hahaha....the do not call registry doesn't work with these slime balls...ive complained for years with thousands of calls from cardmember services. give it up and call with two cans on a string.

    Well they called me again today,so i pressed 1 then i began talking to them while i was getting my air horn then i blew it in the speaker part and they hung up.his name was ronald they called me back saying that wasn't nessasary for me to do that,i told them don't call me no more or i'll keep doing what i did again.He said he would erase my name from the computer.

    They WILL NOT remove your name and number and will keep calling.

    Yeah I keep getting calls from Card Member Services and when I got them on the phone some [***] gave me the "corporate" phone number of 1-401-285-0696 and guess what, the number was for "HOW TO KEEP AN IDIOT ENTERTAINED", I bet that [***] thought this was funny!

    Well jack i did the air horn thing and they haven't called me since 6-25-11 thats well over 3 weeks since they called me!!!!!!!

    he company who you want to report is Ambrosia Web Design. They have offices in Tempe, AZ.  They goes as card member services or concord financial. another name is  AWD they  also goes as CAM services as well.  They are the ones calling you to lower you interest rates on your credit cards. There are a SCAM HUGE SCAM!!!!!

    Mrs. Sandy are these the people that want to lower your interest rate, that calls 2-3 times a day? If it is i want to get a lawyer to sue the crap out of them for harrasment especially since i have alot of medical issues that they are aggravating.

    I was told Card Member Services is the same Chase Bank. 1-877-999-3872. He said he would take me off their calling list. My fingers are crossed.

    Dont you all know that these are SPOOF numbers on caller ID.  They aren't their real numbers because they can send any C ID they want.  You can list numbers ALL DAY LONG and it doesnt mean anything none of them are their real number.  They know what they're doing and continue to flaunt the law because the only people that can do anything are the phone company and the FEDs. The phone company doesn't care as long as the phone lines are paid for and the Feds only do lip service and wont try to trap these A$$holes because they don't really know how to do it and don't care.

    Good luck, you might as well put up and shut up cause these guys have been at this for years and are going to continue to flaunt the law cause the FEDs don't care enough to reall do something about it

    Yeah LC how do you know how good these guys are.You must know them or be one of them!I write the numbers down cause they will be caught, and when they do i will be one that files a class action law suit against them!!Seems like you are one of them?Cause it seems your having fun not getting caught by the FEDS.Out of your own mouth you say the FEDS dont know how to catch these guys!! You know a FED guy might be reading this complaintwire waiting for someone to slip up on this web site then they can get a warrant to check who writes on this site and they will have you!!!!GOOD Luck to Yourself!!!HA-HA.

    Hopefully yours will work Tom, but most of us are getting random calls from all over the country.  I've gotten them from florida, nevada, and georga.  When i've asked my number to be removed, they just started calling from another location.  Today when i talked to someone and said no about the interest rate, he hung up on me.  Not only are they harrassing everyone but they're rude as well.
