No settlement of damaged goods shifted from Delhi to Gaya

Past more than 8 months I have been chasing all concerned to settle damage of goods during transit. They charge high and even not entertaining my claim after having insurance of all my household goods. Most of the items are damaged or broken. Unfortunately no one has even bothered to come for inspection till date. They are so unprofessional that their concerned staff adviced me to go legal ways as they are use to handle such things every day. In short their name fits with an old saying " UCHI DUKAN FIKI PAKWAN"  Be aware of this cheater.
