I was solicited by Bob Gross*, owner of "Square Deal Property Management" approximately two years ago to invest $50,000.00 to purchase and renovate a property. According to the brochure provided by him he guaranteed a 10% return on the $50,000.00 investment with a turn around period of six months to purchase, restore and sell the property. To date he has made no renovations to the property nor has he returned my original investment with the guaranteed 10% ROI after many verbal and written requests.
