I did not authorize these charges, and do not know what they are for.  I am being charged over $55.00 every two weeks.  My credit card has stopped my card, and refunded the charges.  They have sent me a new card, and before I even get it in the mail another charge is pending on the new account number.  I need to find out how to stop this reoccurring charge, I did not sign up for anything like this.  Any suggestions?

    Did you get this resolved? The charge is from a game app. Company name is Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.  My son has a Dragon Ball Z game and a purchase comes up as a google charge with the letters BNEI.

    I had a charge to my bank account for $18.05 from Google BNEI Mountain View, CA that I didn't not authorize. I disputed this charge through my bank. I as well had my card closed and waiting for my new card to arrive.

    I have several charges that were unauthorized and need this resolved as quickly as possible. I am a disabled person and live on a limited income. I do not purchase any items on line with my card yet it was charged over
    $97.00 on my debit account, this is money needed to finish paying my bills and to eat for the moneh. I need a response ASAP

      I had to report the charges to my bank as un authorized and that my card has been compromised. They closed my account. and will be issuing me a new card with a new account number.  My grandson made a purchase with my card and this app has taken $195 from me in small increments. I had a total of 16 charges in 1 month. The card is cancelled, and they still attempted to charge 99 cents today. My bank emailed me that it was declined. Thank God

    call the number on the back of your debit card and speak to a banking person - they will start an investigation. They will also cancel your card and you can get a new one in your local branch. You can also ask them to put a 0 (Zero) allowance on your cnp (card not present) if  you never shop online - so your card won't allow such purchases if you are not there in person.
    Speak to Google also, who can do an investigation. Make sure your card number is not saved in your tv appliances/xbox etc - sometimes kids/grandchildren click buttons on tv for games and don't understand they are costing money. You can also put a stop payment on anything over 0.01c for that company coming out of your account, but make sure you have typed exactly the wording of how it's coming out of your account example  GOOGLE *BNEI _V  (the _v means the visa debit part of your card was used).

    My son has several charges for $31.09 on his bank card all charged on 1 Oct.  He has no idea what they are for.

    I have the same issue. A Dragon Ball Z charge I did not order. A lot of it.

    My card was charge by Google bnei ,no order or account with them, this is fraud and stealing by trick ,my kids never order any game , I will tell the bank

    I have 5 boys and they too play a game in association with  Dragonball (DB Legends to be exact) and within a couple of days I ended up with over $2,000 of unauthorized charges to my debit card

    I was charged $28.74 this morning payment was not authorized. Please refund my acct as I have no clue what this could be.

    I have a charge of $4.20 as of 08/28/2023 to
    Google BNEI Mountain View CA UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I do not have any children that play DragonBallz games of any kind. I don't play any games on my devices but Panit-By-Number PBN. I have played it for years and never had a charge for anything not ordered. I am also a Disabled Veteran living on a limited budget.

    I also have an unauthorized charge on my card for GOOGLE*POKEMON Go G.CO/HELPPAY# CA UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. As I have said I do not play video arcade type games on my devices,  and I live alone as I am a widow.
