Requested for internet package for Rs 125- not activated regarding

Requested for internet package for Rs 125 on 22.3.2014. It was not activated. Surprisingly my balance amount of Rs 223 is reduced to Rs60 .Reason not known.
Internet pacjage of Rs 125 may be activated and balance amount may be credited to my mobile balance.
