Rental Car Location

Booked a rental car at Burbank airport through a third party car rental agency "AirportCarRental" at airportcarrental.com.  Figure with the name AIRPORT CAR RENTAL all of the pickup would be in at the airport's. Not the computer booked me 20 miles away from the Bob Hope Airport.  The irony is customer service advised me there is nothing they could do about it. They suggested to cancel the reservation and and apply again.  This would be a higher rate.  The customer service rep would not let talk to a supervisor.  NOT A GOOD COMPANY
