Hello,
       I Naga Ramesh Thirlaka have been using Airtel number - 994916340 from 2006 onward and i got to know that my sim card has been disconnected on 19th March 2016 due to "NON USAGE" and the number has been recycled.I have life time validity on the prepaid sim card and even if the connection was being disconnected i think the customer should have been intimated at least in the first place rather than doing it without even letting him know.Moreover now coming to the usage part.I agree that there has not been much outgoing from my mobile phone however if I'm right and this does exist in your records there has been incoming usage on the telephone till 19th of March 2016. I used to get my messages from banks, and other organizations where ever i have given this number. So i really have no idea from where the 120 days of non usage thing came into.I tried contacting your customer care but as i am in my business trip i could not get the call connected. However i have raised a complaint to airtel 121 but i didn't get any proper response for getting back the number. Even i reached out to the airtel office in India but i didn't get any positive response as they are telling this number got deactivated and allocated to some one else. But when i try to call that number its not getting connected..I mean how can you go ahead and do that with out even informing the customer ahead.I hope you do look into my case and help me out with what has to be done rather than once again give the same reply that the number has been recycled due to non usage.

This is the PR032000013 reference number of the complaint which i have registered on 20th March 2016. Trust you understood and please provide a resolution for getting the number back.
