Scam

I have been getting these calls too.  I think what they are doing is hacking people's Facebook pages and phone numbers.  I had a scam like this once before and I thought it was from someone I used to work with.  As it turns out, the woman I used to work with WAS DEAD and somehow her Facebook account was hacked.  The calls and messages I have been getting from 876 area code is about the mega millions sweepstakes.
