Cant find it, but there’s a post here about Minnesota being the state that these “reps” are supposed to have their fictitious and real names registered, in order to make any calls.
Haven't found anything online searching "Minnesota".
For what good it would do, considering they don’t obey the laws to begin with, but worth looking into.

    You may have misunderstood, which makes two of us.

    The way i read it, was that there is some official gov office, that these "reps", regardless of where they are located in the U.S. (perhaps even the outsourced ones= the whole world) are supposed to register the "ficticious" name(s) they will be using when calling, plus their real names.
    Im not sure of any other details at this point such as the name of the registry or any ph#s?
