I've had this washer maybe 3 years & its been a total. Nightmare.  It is constantly spitting out codes & takes up to two hours to wash a load of clothes when it actually starts.  My whitest whites setting quit working months ago. It has quit draining & making clothes smell.  Looked up troubleshooting ideas & removed &cleaned the drain pump only for my machine not want to start & not work properly when it did & dish out LF.  I have 4 kids in sports & this is very frustrating not having a properly working washer magmisan76@gmail.com

Dealing with similar issue right now..... whirlpool is covering costs BUT wow is it taking a long time.  They just keep sending different parts to me and having A&E Service come install the parts.....I have troubleshot the problem to the primary control....whirlpool will not acknowledge the troubleshooting in my whirlpool repair manual.....going on one month now with now washing machine!!!! Started with the famous F1 code, they sent a user interface, problem got worse!!! now they sent a wire harness...still not fixed!!!

I have a whirlpool cabrio model wtw6300wwo. I have had to replace the drain pump twice. the bearings went out and you could hear it all the way down the street when it was in spin cycle. I replaced the bearings and shaft 2 years ago and they are starting to get noisy again. now I can't do a load without the machine going into unbalanced load, the worst part, even after you manually redistribute the load, it still goes through the whole cycle of filling with water and trying to rebalance itself and you cannot bypass this function. I really hate this machine and I will never buy another one.  my old washer was a GE that was made in the 1970s and it worked great until I lost it in a house fire. I am searching the flee markets for another one just like it.
