Don't have signal and still required to pay termination fee

I've been with Sprint for 1,5 years. I have 2 year contract and I can't wait it to end. The signal is always weak. Especially inside of my house and any other place I go. At first I was managing it by keeping my phone by a window where the signal is stronger (1-2 bars). I then moved to a newly developed area and I have 0 now everywhere in my house, and a weak 1 bar outside.

I work from home and this is the only phone I use. I spoke to Sprint prior t0 the relocation, and they assured me that since the area is not "officially" covered by Sprint, I will be able to terminate the contract without the fee.

After I moved the story changed. They now say they have some coverage in my area, and will need to pay the termination fee to get of the contract. I have 0 or 1 bar, my calls are dropping all the time, and they claim I have coverage.

$200 in termination fees is not a huge amount of money, but I feel that it's unfair for me to pay it. Last month I spent 28 minutes from my 500 minutes + unlimited weekends. I told them to try to call me and speak to me, that doesn't prove anything as well.

If someone has any advice on my situation, I will appreciate it. Thanks!
