Ordered product and charged 276 and never recevied item

Have called numerous times and always get the run around. ordered on Jan 27th,2013 and was toled shipped Feb 1st, 2013. It is now March 13th and still no answer on where it is. Told its coming this day then call again oh its coming that day. oh we had a snow storm so there is a delay. It's has been WAY to long to have this product delivered. I am at home everyday so if it was delivered I WOULD KNOW... this is crazy the amount of tun around  this company does.
