I have written Premier many times, they keep calling me claiming they never received anything. I lack an income and paying two dollars to certify mail as well as the exertion of commuting across town and then going through the hell of my local post office to certify this letter is quite a lot of Premier to ask of me. I emailed them and can provide a dated screen shot from 4/13/2010 asking them to only send mail.
