It's been a month and my washer is stil not fixed!

A&E has to be the worst maintenance company I have ever used. I'm not really sure why Sears recommends them for their appliances. My washer broke 1 month ago. I have been called A&E ever since to fix the problem. Three technicians have come out to fix the washer and none of them can seem to fix. They keep telling me that they need more parts. The part never arrive and in the mean time, I don't have a washer to use. When you call customer service they take your call but they don't do anything with the information you give them. They always say they will call you back, but they never do. The escalation department which is supposed to be the "complaint" department doesn't address your complaints making them worthless!!! I've spoken to them on several occassions and they can't figure out why my washer hasn't been fixed. I tried asking for a supervisor, hoping that he could find where my parts were? He gave me a UPS tracking number for parts that had already been delivered. Wow! He was really helpful. In summary, if you are reading this while considering whether to pay for a maintenance agreement with this company, DON'T!!!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! You will wish you had never given them any money, because they will never fix your appliance!! This is like appliance repair HELL!!!!!!!!!
