satelite causing my roof to leak

I have tried to call several times to get this taken care of diretv tech came out and put my unit on the roof of my house and now my bedroom celing has been leaking and it as gotten so bad that I have buckets catching the water my hardwood floors are soaked and my ceiling is coming down. If I do not hear something back soon then I will be contacting a lawyer.
