I purchased a one month supply of Meaningful Beauty from this company for $43.05. The representative told me this was the total price (including taxes) as long as I cancelled future shipments within 30 days.. The shipping was free. When I called to cancel about two weeks later, the representative initially told me I could not cancel, indicating I had signed up for a 90-day supply. She further told me I had a balance of $79.95. After ample discussion and pleading, she agreed to cancel the $79.95 and account, telling me I was only responsible for the $49.95 initial fee (What!?). I told her my initial cost was supposed to be $43.05 and I asked her to listen to the recorded conversation of the initial purchase. To make a long story short, I ended up speaking with a supervisor, who was as uncooperative and resistant, telling me she could only listen to the initial recorded conversation if there was a customer service or training issue. When I told her this was very much a customer service and training issue, it went in one ear and out the other. We went around and around for 20 minutes or so and she finally agreed to credit back the remaining $6 and change (I think just to get me out of her hair); however, it's been over a week and no credit has been posted to my credit card. I think this company is very unscrupulous in the way they do business and I would be very wary purchasing anything from them. After doing a google search, I find there is a long list of complaints very similar to mine. It's very unfortunate people and companies can no longer say what they mean and mean what they say. It's sad really.

I agree with every thing you have said. Have had the same happen to me, Master card has been cancelled, I have disputed the charges with Master \card and they will be looking  into  it. I fond them rude and obnoxious to deal with. They like to try and threaten you  Do as i did and have your card cancelled
Cindy Crawford i think is disgusting to have her name linked, to all the complaints, that have been on the inter net about her,, Iam sure she is reading all of this and does not care

I initially purchased one month supply of the product. I paid for the product and for the shipment of the product. I've received 3 packages from Meaningful beauty over the past 3 months that I've sent back (unopened).  I spoke with a representative regarding the receipt of packages that I didn't order and don't want. I was annoyed by the hassel and then I was even more annoyed when I realized that they debited my checking account for the amount of each of the packages that I returned!

My daughter ordered a trial supply and charged it to my credit card (with my permission).  They began sending other products, and kept sending them.  My daughter called GRCMeaningful Beauty and told them to stop sending and to tell her where to send the extra products to (to return for refund).  They just kept sending products.  My daughter called them several times over the next few months, and they said they would stop sending the products and would send her a label to use to ship the unwanted products (the UNORDERED PRODUCTS back to them.  When they finally did send a label, she shipped the products back at her cost for shipping, and they products kept coming.  I GRC myself and they promised to remove the charges from my credit card and to stop sending the products.
They kept sending, and now I have been charged with a total  of    $1,298.21  !!!  After subtracting the one legitimate charge of $44.95 for the trial product my daughter requested and kept, they still owe me refunds amounting to  $1,213.29.

This all started in November, 2013, and in December, 2014, my credit card was credited with    $39.97  refunded by GRC!.
I hope I can get someone to help me get the rest of it back (that refund was removed from the original total of

After promising in June, 2014, that they would send no more products (they promised this on the phone to both my daughter and to me), they kept sending products through November 21, 2014.

How can this company get away with this? I have found numerous complaints about the same thing regarding this company.

So I purchase a 5 piece set and got two free gifts with this order. Now they are saying  that I opted to enroll in a 3 month trial and that is not the case. Was charged 88.00 dollars and some change.  I want my refund back too account.  I will not order from meaningful beauty again.
