They have never fixed it,  I continue to have a corrupted files and viruses.  Every time I call they can't find my account, they say my number is wrong, the WOW they find it and someone will help.  They never give me a "correct" number. They say they will call back the never do.  I go on chat and they disconnect me.  This has happen 5 times, I keep asking for my money back and they won't even address it.  I have been on hold for over an hour and then then ask for my middle initial. I ask to speak to  manager and they put on hold and don't come back.

They are total rip off artists.  NEVER EVER DEA WITH THEM.  I HAVE FEELING THEY ACTUALLY ATTACHED THE VIRUS TO MY MACHINE.

    hello my name is anthony i just want you to know that guruaid is a world wide scam and the crazy thing a bout it is that they are atached to so many differnt websites all of witch have to do witch pc suport that they are hard not to come across. i had the same issue with them but i was lucky enough to fiend out abot the scam the day i signed up for it. you should also know that since they say on there site 100% money back garenty it is an issue that can be taken to court but at the same time it is almost imposible to get ahold of them with out them hanging up the phone. if you alowed them to do anything to your pc i suggest that you restore your computer to its factory date or have some one clean your system for you thats what i had to do
