everal times now my wife has taken the Team Fitness classes and once she tried to stop taking the classes and requested the payment to be stopped the club continued to charge for several months. When we talked to the club we were told that they could not authorize the credit back only the corporate office can do that. Once we contacted the corporate office then we are told we have to speak to our local club. I have received only one month refunded from the several months of charging beyond the time required. Lifetime pays the trainers and sales advisers by commission of what they get from the members. This type of practice is similar to the "Fox watching the hen house". The trainers and staff do not want to give the money back because then they make less money. I highly recommend to anyone joining Lifetime Fitness to not pay for ANY classes that are not free. If you do, just beware that Lifetime WILL continue to charge you for services not rendered.
