Ripped off on sale of vehicle and received no title from this buy here pay here auto sales

Purchased a vehicle from JJ Zeitz @small town Auto Sales in Angola Indiana buy here pay here auto sales, made all my payments on time and in expected to get title of vehicle within the first 45days had vehicle for over 6months and still didn't receive the title. Called business several times requesting title when I was told just to bring the vehicle back and would have things figured out.. took vehicle back in better condition then what I purchased vehicle in. Wasn't given a title or anything at all in that matter. Without a vehicle, out of the 6months of $75 a week payments almost $2,000. Of payments, and due to that out of work .. Piece of [***], business owner that when you can't provide a title you owe the customer what they paid on the vehicle but JJ ZIETZ lives by his own rules not the rules of the business world. Don't buy anything from Small Town Auto Sales in Angola Indiana he will rip you off
