PLUMBER DID NOT FIX PROBLEM BUT I WAS BILLED ANYWAY!

I am paying monthly for my home warranty & paid extra for additional coverage!  JOKE!!!  After reading the above complaints I am disgusted that I used them (NEVER AGAIN). They sent out a plumber to clear my line (from washing machine). He used camera, etc & said I had tree roots. He said that wasn't covered & would be back in touch. Meanwhile I am without use of water to kitchen, & washer.  He later sent me an estimate of $620.00 to do the needed repair.  I called a different plumber (not through AHS).  THE SECOND PLUMBER HAD THE LINE CLEARED IN TWENTY MINUTES FOR A TOTAL COST OF $98.00--and guaranteed it for 6 months!  AMS is continuing to bill me for the $100.00 fee even though they were not able to do the repair!  NEVER AGAIN!  do not be scammed by this company!
