Huh??

I just wanted to say that when I saw that I was charged $34 on my account after ordering 4 poster that were only supposed to cost $4 each, I had to find out what was going on. When I called customer service, I canceled my subscription, and asked her where it stated that I would be charged so much. She said "Oh that's in the terms and conditions, it states that you will be charged for shipping and handling, but it just doesn't say how much." I told her that her company is screwing alot of people. She said that if I sent the posters back that I would get a full refund. So for those that got screwed, if its not too late, I would try to send them back. I will post later to see if I really do get my money back
