I've spent over 8 hours over the last three days TRYING to renew an agreement for a 2 year plan with SPRINT. It's a new adventure with every call, starting from scratch, and hour long waits while they review my account status. Seems like a bunch of high school kids that don't have a clue how to renew an account or conduct the simplist of changes without hours on hold. I should have followed my instinct and gone with a different carrier. I ended up with lies about phone numbers that were not available and had an extra line ordered without my permission. I expect I will have a 95% chance of canceling the order once the phone arrive (it's been five days and overnight delivery was promised). Try another carrier or beware of intense frustration ahead with SPRINT!!!! There adds are promising, there service SUCKS!!!
