I sent for free samples for $3.95. It had a ten day  trail period. It took over two weeks before I received it and in that time they charged me $87.47 plus one charge of 50 cent for international fee and $2.62 for another international fee. I called to cancel the order  and to send it back and I will be charged another $45.00 restocking fee with a refund of only $40.oo dollars. I was told that if I didn't receive the item with in ten days I should of called. I was only looking for a sample, beware!

Typical "health product" scam.  Look under "Health and Beauty", and you will find many similar scam complaints, just different names and different products.

They use free trial offers "for just shipping and handling" as an excuse to get account numbers so they can cram on repeated charges for their overpriced product.  With this type of scam, it is common for charges to start before the "sample" even arrives, to give you no actual opportunity to cancel despite the advertising that it is a "free trial".

The other thing to watch out for is cramming of additional repeated charges for "automatic shipment", even though you cancelled.  If that happens, dispute it through your bank as FRAUDULENT, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

The international fees indicate they are probably operating cross-border, perhaps from Canada, which is often the case with scam companies that want to make prosecution for fraud more difficult.

You cannot trust ANY statements by scam companies, since they were set up from day one to pull this crap.

"Tooth whitening" and "Acai" scams have made BBB's top ten scam lists in the last several years.

Buy your tooth products from your local pharmacy or dentist.  If you can't trust the company to process an order, why would you trust their product, and put it in your mouth?
