Rudeness, etc.

I would like to file a complaint about the rudeness and inept employees that are employed by AT&T. On a number of occasions I have been hung up on when it is time for them to go home or if I am complaining to them they just hang up in my face. Yesterday I had called and talked to 5 different people with the last one knowing their job and was finally able to help me with the problem that I was having.
I would like to say the operators out of the 928 area code are the worst - Serena, Salvadore, Jarred and especially Allen.
The only one that knew exactly what to do was a young lady by the name of Ebony, I would like to commend her because she does an excellent job. I am not sure what area code she is from, but I was so glad that she was able to help me that being so frustrated from the other 4 I forgot to ask her what area code she was with.
The other 4 that I named should be fired immediately.
After I send this email I will be contacting FTC.

I am taking service of you company atnt but, about a week ago my phone having i cannot able to listten any think while i am talking i have people calling me from places but i just can't able to listten to them i am sure their is same major problem in your system and i really want you guys to make sure every thing in working fine i hope you understand what i am saying hope you will find what the problem.
