All the lights on the panel went out, was able to still use the ovens but after a week they stopped working to. Called the customer service center, had to purchase a extended warranty plan, set up the appointment for a time when someone would be here, because they don't understand that we do have jobs and can't be here between 8-12 or from 1-5. They won't work around our work schedule. So have the appointment for today actually and guess what??? They cancelled, I can re schedule for a weekday during the hours above or I have to wait untill the end of the month. I'm sorry that I even bought a whirlpool product, I vowed years ago when I bought one of there dryers that caught fire, and the customer service gave me the run-around with a very nasty attitude that I would never buy something from whirlpool again. But after several years I thought I would give it another chance, WRONG.NEVER AGAIN.
