Repeated phone calls

Capital One keeps calling with a recorded phone call asking for someone that doesn't live here (obviously- it's a business) and has never worked here.  We have repeatedly called and asked them to remove this number from their calls, but hasn't done any good.  Most of the time we just hang up on them as soon as we realize it's another recording.  Has been going on for over a year!  Take the guy to court already!  Leave us alone.
