New Whirlpool Refrigerator

Whirlpool uses GGSL Appliance for warranty  repairs. Last week I was given a window of 8am to 12 pm for a technician to come out. No one showed or has called to reschedule. The freezer has frost and ice. The bottom of frig is not keeping cold. This company has poor customer service. Despite the bad reviews manufacturers continue to use this company.
