Return policy

I ordered some vibram 5 toe shoes from this web site as a gift. They were not needed, so when I tried to return them, they informed me they do not accept returns. I asked where that was stated on their web site and they informed me you have to ask about their return policy before you order. They also do a fairly good job at hiding the fact that they are a china based company, but when I went back and looked closer at the site, I noticed the grammer gives it away if you pay attention. The site mentions a phone number for customer service, but when you click the link, all it gives is an email option. No phone number at all.
