I get phone calls from these people every single day regarding my KIA Soul.  The said I have to "handle this matter immediately", which means they say I HAVE to PURCHASE extended warranty on the car.  Something needs to be done about this.  Anyone reading this that is also experiencing harassing phone calls from this company should contact the US Attorney General as I am going to.  This will be the only way to stop them.  If enough of us contact the US Attorney, something will get done.  He has helped me greatly in the past and yes, they do take complaints very seriously.

    Third party "Extended warranties"..
    are scams.  It is no surprise that some marketer of a scam would engage in high pressure "sales" tactics, on top of the deceptively marketed "warranty".

    Peerless is a VoIP telecom.  VoIP is commonly used by telemarketing call centers.  Register you number on the Do Not Call list, and file complaints with FTC.
