Shipping and charging me for products I did not request and did not want,

I am going through the same problems as everyone else is with this company.  My banking account was charged for products I did not request and did not need.  I called them and they said that is part of there program, which was never mentioned to me at all when I ordered the first product several months ago.  I told the representative that I did not want auto shipments because I cannot use this product up that quickly.  Which was noted on my account.  But to no avale they went ahead and charged my account $48.94 which overdrew my checking account and I was charged an additional $32.00 for on top of the $48.94.  Chaz Dean claims to be this incredible honest and spiritual person, how can that be true when he scams everyone he can.  This is not right and he should be stopped.  You can have the best product in the world but if you have to force it down someone throat without them wanting it, it is just plain FRAUD.  He needs to stop these practices immediately and resolve the financial issues he has put honest people through.
