Hi I'm Rohan and I have been using Airtel prepaid sim no 9622822048 since 3 months and suddenly on 15 April 2015 they blocked my number due to verification. On contacting Airtel customer care they said that they don't have any details of my number and that's why it has been blocked. If the bomber has verification problems how did they let me use the number for 3 months in the first case. I also had recharged my sim a day ago. Will that amount also be retained in my duplicate sim if I have to get one. ?? I want this issue to be resolved asap as its causing a lot of frustration having a number but still not having it.
