Bharti Airtel does NOT answer or resolve International roaming service issues and just keep charging

I came to USA just a week ago. Before coming here, I made sure and talked to customer care to activate my international roaming and also, activate free incoming over international roaming. For this service, I am supposed to pay around 2400 Rs per month.
Now, after reaching USA, I am NOT even able to see any network in phone. I am stuck everywhere. I can't do any banking, any calls or anything related to phone network.
I sent a mail to Airtel customer care on this. They replied me back on HOW TO SEE YOUR BILL RECEIPT?? I am shocked.
I posted same complaint on Facebook so that may be they would reply now. No replies and after 10 mins, they deleted my post / comments. What is this going on???
I was using Airtel from last 14 years. First time I am facing this issue as I am first time in USA. They are very bad in their services.
And they are just adding my bill amount. I am dead sure, I would never pay any airtel bill now whatever happens.
