Fake 0% Interest Rate Calls

Recorded message says they are related to Visa and Mastercard, have been monitoring my accounts for 6 months, and I qualify for 0% interest. I could tell it was a scam.  When I was connected to an agent with a heavy foreign accent, I asked the name of the company ("Cardmember Services") and its location ("Orlando, Florida").  I asked for the street address, and this messed him up ("Block 6"). I said that was not a street address, and he tried again ("some building name, block 6"). I said that is not a valid street address, and he hung up.
