money charged without my knowladge

my number is 8870206445 when i am browsing .... i recieved a message stating that " thanks for downloading action games .. you have charged rs 99 " i was shocked and i made a call to customer care service , they said that " we cannot refund any money and it is totally ur mistake" but iam sure that i dint click any of the download buttons ..... i was totaly disappointed with that.....
