Incomplete box and tough to reach customer service

I purchased an 18x52 Intex Metal Frame pool from Costco in late April. It's now the first of June and after leveling we are ready to put the pool up. Turns out the plastic spring pins that fit in the metal tubes are missing.
I have to get a new printout of my receipt from Costco and fax it to Intex. It took me all afternoon to reach someone in Intex. My calls were dropped as soon as hit some number from the "Menu".
I spent $440 with taxes on this pool and it's just sitting flat at the bottom on my yard because some doof forgot to put the $.80 worth of plastic clips in the box.

i got e-mail in which I m selected for the interview for the vaccant post in your esteem group and the pay scale for the vaccant post is from 35,000to 60,000/- but u have also demanded for 4,650/- as security deposit . i m doubt full regarding this e-mail that this is fake or real plse reply on on my e-mail soon bcoz according to e-mail last date of security deposit is 4-11-08
i purches intex smart phone Aqua N 17 at date02/07/14...there is some problem in my phone ..i give my phone to S.L services Block No.89,A-Wing,Rajat Plaza-1,Ghat Road, Nagpur..at D/t !6/10/14 they told me that you get your phone after 15 days ....n Todays Date is 11/24/14...till dont get my phone back..when i call them they tell me that i give tommorow ...but i dont get my phone ..so i request u to take action ...
