KitchenAid recommended A&E to repair our dishwasher which was leaving a heavy white residue on dishes. Tech came out, looked at machine and said it was all working fine and just turn down our hot water heater, that it was set to high and that was causing the problem. Turned down water heater, still had problem. Had a contractor on a different job at the house who offered to look at it - found a broken arm on bottom of machine and clogged holes on top arm - he bought parts and did the repair. Called A&E to say that we would like our $129.00 back since not only did they not fix the problem, clearly their Tech had no idea what he was talking about since he said all was working fine. Got run around 1st call - finally got call back to be told that would not be getting a refund since it was the Tech's "professional" opinion that our machine was fine and that it was a service charge to come to the house. Some service!

    We've been without a refrigerator since March 25. A&E has been out to "repair" the refrigerator three times. Three different diagnosis. We waiting all morning for a fourth visit with NO SHOW. Now their customer service says they will be out Monday between 1 - 5, but will they?

    I have never been  treated so badly! This is worst company to deal with. An  appointment was made by Kitchen aid to have my trash compactor fixed, the appointment was from 1 to 5 such huge window of time, I called them at 1 p.m to get an idea as to where I was on the list, as I needed to run out of the house, I was told they would be coming in 20 min, I gave them my cell number to call me when their way to my house so I can make before them. No phone call came so I called 30 minutes later, I was assured the technician was on the way! yeah, so I rushed home   waited no one showed at 2 Oclock I called and was told the techinician would be there between 2:30 and 3:30 WHAT! fine I'll wait, at 3.44 i get a phone call saying they are calling to reschedule my APPOINTMENT...no explanation no apologies nothing! there was no compassion, courtesy or regard, I was an item on the conveyer belt, finally I got put through to a resolution specialist her first name was Margret..who was worse than the person who called to reschedule, she finally actually hanged up on me, only to find out that she rescheduled an for me appointment  on another day and time without consulting me. Now they are not all bad I spoke to a professional by the name of June  badge No. 55425 and she explained  what was going on, now my issue is still not resolved but after dealing with June I'm hopeful Thanks June!
