Constantly calling my cell phone

This company is constantly calling my cell phone and tying it up. I am on every do not call list there is! I previously submitted a complaint to agency in Florida (don't remember which), received a letter stating they were investigating this company but apparently nothing has been done. I still receive a call a day.
