Bad Customer Service

I called earlier and had a guy from this company answer really rudely to me... I thought that he had asked me for the phone number and the birth date on the account so I did just that, then he said "what was that?" referring to the last numbers that I had given to him then he said " Was that you birth date?" I said " yes isn't that what you asked me to tell you?" he said " No I just asked you for the phone number and that is all" I said "Oh I'm sorry I must have missed heard you I'm half awake half asleep still Sorry" then he went on to check to see if he could find the account information witch he did.

But what I'm more upset about is his tone of voice I really didn't need that from him at all.
