Disconnection of services without any reason

My prepaid mobile no. 9560330663 has been disconnected without any reason from the Airtel. I had by balance of Rs. 20/- and it was in use till 20 Aug. 2011. When connected with airtel customer care, I have been informed that since it was not in use it has been disconnected which is totally incorrect because I was regularly using it.

I will ask the airtel customer care to check my call records and restore the services ASAP.
