Bed Bugs Bought Feb 2017 from Freeport NY

Brought bed for my 19 yr old autistic son was complaining of itching about 2 or 3 weeks after we bought it from Freeport NY location. Never did i look or even think a big reputable chain would have bed bugs. It wasnt till i went to pull off the bottom and top sheet set i saw sunday july 9th 2017 at 10 pm the sheets and bed where infested with bed bugs we threw out the beds and frames. My son was screaming so distraut he ended up that night in hospital. I checked his room pulled out all draws clothes shoes underwears washed them out none of all these items nor his closets had any bed bugs. I sprayed all down with bed bug spray and the floor. None in my livi ng room nor kitchen my couch we bought from Bobs is leather no bed bugs. A friend told me a out a recent bed bug report regarding bed bugs. I plan on taking them to small claims court. My son goes only to school and camp no where else. So irronically they came from Bobs. So now from there negligence my son lost a 1,400 bed and will be sleeping on air bed real fair real reckless on there part. Again he is autistic and has mild retardation thats how they treat gifted children. Again i will take them to small claims court plus publishing on all newspaper and local news and news on your side. So if you work for Bobs replace my sons bed or i will see you in court.
