txt msg to my cell ph.

I received a txt msg on my cell phone stating I had won a gift cert. for $1,000.00 for Best Buy. I went on the website "www.tinyurl.99wrduh" ... well there is no website ...within any search of any kind on the web. The txt was clearly a fraud . It cost me 30 minutes of my cellphone airtime. I hope whomever thought up this scam understands the concequinces of their actions. Sincerely, I'm very sad!!!!!!
