New Maytag Washer

I bought a Modern Maytag Washer and Dryer from Sears the Proud symbol on the set was Maytag Made in America and proud, It took 7 months to start a downward cycle and at the end of the So called warrenty the spin cycle completely died, the cost to repair is approximately 2/3 of the original cost. This is the worst appliance set I have ever bought and to be honest if I ever see another Proud American Built sign I think I will look for a Asian built.
