new free standing smoothtop electric range purchased in April 2012. after just a couple of months use, the glass to has fogged up on the bottom the glass top. I realize the top surface inperfections caused by use is our problem, but the bottom of the glass cooking service should remain looking good for over a couple of months.
I wasted my time by contacting Whirlpool customer service in Michigan, was told this was a cosmetic problem and was not under warranty. I would just like for a customer service rep to come to my house and review the problem.
buyer, beware of purchasing Whirlpool appliances. they used to be the best there was, but it seems quality is now foreign to them.
