turned over to collections after they said they drafted balance

Canceled my service in December- I was sent a notice saying it would be drafted as normal (for the past year) unless I provided an alternate payment method within 30 days.  The account on file is my main bank account.  They never tried to draft the payment. Now they have turned my account over to collevtions.  Unbelievable
