Still charging my account after I canceled membership

This place is the worst I have ever seen.
They make you do hoops to try and cancel your membership.
Then still keep charging your accounts.
You call them up.
They act like we did not get your request to cancel.
then they Say "would you like me to send you the current process for canceling your membership"

    This is a common consumer fraud perpetrated by health clubs.
    They "accept" some cancellation, then "lose" it and claim some other process must be used.
    In the mean time, they keep running through more monthly charges.

    There is really no way to know what "cancellation"  they will "accept", when they operate this way, so you stick to your first cancellation, and treat as fraudulent any charges after that point.  Put everything in writing, mailed certified return receipt requested, and at any attempt to charge or demand payment past your cancellation, contact your state AG and District Attorney.

    Disputing the charges through your bank should get back 2 to 3 months, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
    Be sure to shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further fraud.
