No chicken cooked and nasty terrible service!

I went to store 2894 at 4:40p.m. and waited to order in drive-up lane 10 minutes.  The order was placed and I was told that chicken was not cooked by Manager Shelly Calloway.  I told her my disappointment of the poor management to not be prepared.  She told me she just got there and was short of workers. It would be 5 more minutes before the food was cooked.  I waited 20 more minutes when Shelly came out with my order.  When I got home the order was short of 2 pieces of chicken.  I could not go back today and did not want to confront this bold arrogant manager.  I will never return there!  I left there at 5:12p.m. angry!  This company store is not professional at all!
