Service company gives no service!

Now that I see American Home Shield is not BBB accredited, I understand why! Poorest service for a company who represents itself as a "service" company. while the contract says 24 hrs service it goes on to say may take up to 48hrs and only during the week!!!
So after making a request for my air conditioning not working on Thursday, a tech arrives and within 5 minutes says he replaced a part and all's well. That last one hour and the AC went out again I called the tech back and he said when system is down the line gets plugged. So he came back and cleared the line..WELL why wasn't that handled the first time...so That lasted less than 12 hours. The air handler is pouring water out of it. I called back AHS..Their response....too bad you'll have to wait 2 more days before a tech will call and make an appointment!!! This is what they call service? If they had send a reliable tech the first time, I wouldn't be writing this message.  I will advise friends and family to Run don't walk if you're thinking of an appliance service… DO NOT USE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. They just want your money.

    I have a rent house at 123 Daytona Drive and the refrigerator was not cooling and the door seal would not catch leaving the door standing ajar.   The first work order was called in to American Shield July 16, 2015, almost one year to get a job completed is ridiculous.  I have gone so far as requesting a new refrigerator still nothing.  July 16 will be one year should the not get it fixed this time,  That job is still pending although they have someone from Austin,Texas waiting to schedule and appointment , they showed up yesterday at the door without calling the resident to let her know that they were coming.  Well she was in school at the time.  If he is like the rest of them he will say that they need to order the part.  This has been the same story from the beginning.  O am ready to cancel my service because of the poor service on this project.  I have two homes under contract and have had American Home shield for more that 20 years.  This is the second time that I have been disappointed with them.   You need to do an investigation on American Shield and find out what they are doing and why are things going wrong.  I thank you in advance for your attention in this urgent matter.
