DISCONNECTIVITY OF BROADBAND POSTPAID CORPORATE CONNECTION FROM LAST SIX MONTHS

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that we are user of Postpaid Broadband Corporate Connection of Airtel and having 40 connections in our Organization.
But we are facing problem of dis-connectivity and poor connection from last six months and your technical assistant cum executives are always misguiding us from long time.
We complaint regularly to customer support services and other senior executives but they did not given any response and resolution to our problems.
We were also requested for booster and tower services for the better connectivity but your surveyor only visit our place 3-4 times although we complaint or called them more than 20 times and they never provide any kind of facility of booster and tower.
Due to the dis-connectivity and poor connection from so long it created problems to the Office Management.
Therefore,
We are requesting to you kindly take necessary actions against Bharti Airtel Limited for the dis connectivty, poor connection and customer support services as soon as possible.
