Poor quality

Purchased a power sofa and cair 1/1/13.  When it arrived there was a hole in one cushion and the basting stitching hanging out all around another cushion.  Told store to take it back, did not want the leather if it tore that easily.  Chose their highest grade material.  When the new sofa appeared it had a mark the size of a dime on a cushion.  Replaced cushion.  Now have had this set for 4 months and it has faded horribly.  Am now told too bad.  Not included in warranthy.  Their furniture is not inexpensive but their quality sure is bad.  Do not purchase from them.  You will be sorry.  I wish I had seen this sight first!
